Selected project examples: Coaching

Challenge & Target:
The client would like to achieve a more flexible leadership style, pay more attention to social relations and not only focus on results. He is rationally aware of this but not yet able to implement these changes into his leadership behavior. His target is to live his own leadership style in a confident and approachable way.

Approach & Result:
To achieve more confidence and ease in his leadership approach the focus of the client was shifted towards positive elements of his leadership behavior that already bring desired results. Through focused observation and instructed documentation, target oriented behaviors and structures were identified, continuously integrated into the leadership behavior and reviewed regarding their effectiveness. Feedbacks from colleagues, managers and team members are being evaluated to identify progress and further optimization potential.
Further career development within the same company as well as long term career goals are continuously being used as direction for the current focus of the coaching process.
