Interim Management
In my interim assignments I am usually replacing employees in managing positions in the HR department during short or medium term absences or taking over newly created positions until the right employee is found.

During those projects I am taking over strategic as well as operational or management tasks in the overall context of HR work. Often the target of an interim mandate is as well to challenge existing processes and tools with a fresh external view and derive optimization potential.

When taking over newly created positions especially as first lead of a growing HR department the target is often to shape tasks and set up future processes. In this way for example during a 3 - 6 months appointment as interim Head of HR in a start-up first personnel processes and instruments can be established which enables the later take over of the position by a less experienced manager.
