I am holding a diploma in Organizational Psychology from the Humboldt University of Berlin as well as an MBA in Growth Management from the Steinbeis Business School Berlin. Further building blocks for my profession were a Trainer and Consultant education, Labour Law studies and a Systemic Coaching Education.
I started my professional career as Management Assistent in the HR department of the German Corporation for International Cooperation and later worked as a consultant for Accenture with many national and international clients. Afterwards as CHRO and member of the Management Board at Aeria Games in Berlin I was able to combine HR work and Organizational Development in a dynamic start-up environment and shape the growth of the company to a SME.
Based on these experience I moved to being a freelance Consultant, Trainer and Coach to do what I am best at - supporting individuals and organizations during change processes and implementing sustainable solutions.
