In my consulting projects I support organizations during change processes. My focus is either the creation and implementation of new processes and structures or the analysis and optimization of existing processes. The reasons for change differ widely, from intense growth or restructuring to necessary downsizing.
Due to my background as CHRO and consultant I act as sparring partner for the definition of needs and targets of change processes as well as implement respective measures sustainably.
Since all organizational change processes affect the people in the companies and can only be successful with their support and buy-in, I continuously involve all employees concerned in the creation and implementation of target structures.
