Coaching

In my coachings I use a systemic approach. With regard to the many different private and professional systems in which my clients act on a daily basis, development potentials are being identified and respective change strategies are being derived to realize goals and become more content in life.

In organizational contexts I support managers and employees in taking over new positions, improving their self organization or leadership approach and managing conflicts.

I regularly utilize coachings during my consulting projects to help key players in change processes actively shape their new roles and use change processes as development opportunities.
